Cantilever racking is one of the more direct ways for a West Palm Beach building to add capacity without touching the envelope. Given the value of arm length and capacity set by the bundles you handle, we model this against a second configuration on the same West Palm Beach floor plan so density and access are numbers you can compare. Free to see, no obligation to order, and the cantilever rack numbers are yours either way. Call (954) 440-7435 about your Northpoint Industrial building. (954) 440-7435 ## Why West Palm Beach Warehouses Work With Us The industrial stock near Northpoint Industrial ranges from older infill space to newer construction, and each one limits a racking plan differently. Height, columns, and floor condition all move the answer in West Palm Beach. Our team works around the Riviera Beach Park of Commerce and Belvedere Road industrial corridor constantly, so West Palm Beach delivery runs and follow-up visits stay short. We have been laying out cantilever rack for building products and marine industry operations in the West Palm Beach market as part of Warehouse Equipment & Supplies Co. since 1997, and single-sided runs along the wall, double-sided in open floor is the cantilever rack fit question we work through with your West Palm Beach team before quoting. And you deal with one team throughout — cantilever rack layout, pricing, delivery windows into Northpoint Industrial, installation scheduling, and future additions. Nothing about the West Palm Beach job gets handed to a call center. Building products Marine industry Consumer goods Regional distribution ## How Cantilever Rack Works Arms with nothing in front of them, built for lumber, pipe, and anything a pallet can't hold. 1 ### Columns and anchored bases Upright columns sit on bases anchored to the floor. Base depth is set by load and arm length so the run stays stable even under an off-center pick. 2 ### Arms at adjustable heights Arms bolt or pin into the column at set increments and move as your product mix changes. Straight arms suit boxed goods; inclined arms with a lip hold round or loose stock in place. 3 ### Column spacing against sag Spacing between columns is set so bundles don't sag between arms. A common starting rule places arms about half the load length apart, with the ends overhanging evenly. 4 ### Single-sided or double-sided Single-sided runs go against a wall. Double-sided runs stand in open floor and load from both faces, doubling capacity per base without doubling the footprint. ## What a Cantilever Rack Project Includes A West Palm Beach cantilever rack project starts with a phone call. We go through pallet footprint and weight, forklift type and lift height, usable clear height in your Northpoint Industrial building, column spacing, and how fast product turns. Next comes the cantilever rack layout itself — every position counted, every level rated, and the West Palm Beach quote itemized by frame, beam, deck, and accessory. Because single-sided runs along the wall, double-sided in open floor changes the math, a second configuration on the same floor plan usually comes with it for comparison. New cantilever rack components ship on the schedule confirmed in your quote, and delivery gets scheduled around your West Palm Beach receiving hours rather than dumped in one load. Experienced installation crews we schedule and manage anchor frames to the floor, plumb, align, and capacity-tag the finished cantilever rack, phased by zone so West Palm Beach shipping keeps running. Afterward your West Palm Beach team has a documented layout to work from and a documented basis for planning new beams, decking, and guarding.
