Carton Flow Rack addresses that directly, reclaiming the positions a typical building products layout in this market never uses. We measure the building first — pallet profile, forklift, usable clear height — and because this system depends on fastest-moving SKUs placed at the golden pick zone, then hand your West Palm Beach team a layout with a position count and an itemized quote. Call (954) 440-7435 with the pallet weights and we will size the carton flow rack for West Palm Beach. (954) 440-7435 ## Why West Palm Beach Warehouses Work With Us Warehouses in and around Riviera Beach Park of Commerce tend to be constrained by something specific: limited clear height, tight columns, or a dock that will not take a full truck at once. Those details decide a West Palm Beach design, not a standard drawing. Our team works around the Riviera Beach Park of Commerce and Belvedere Road industrial corridor constantly, so West Palm Beach delivery runs and follow-up visits stay short. As part of Warehouse Equipment & Supplies Co., we have designed storage for building products and consumer goods operators around Riviera Beach Park of Commerce since 1997 — enough history that gravity wheel beds feeding cases to a fixed pick face rarely surprises us mid-project. We also keep the West Palm Beach carton flow rack layout on file, so adding a bay next year or adding new beam levels does not start from scratch. Building products Marine industry Consumer goods Regional distribution ## How Carton Flow Rack Works Cases advance to the picker instead of the picker hunting for cases. 1 ### Inclined wheel beds A full-width wheel bed or roller track sits on a slight incline inside a standard bay, so cases move forward under their own weight without power. 2 ### Pick from a fixed position The picker always reaches for the same forward spot in the lane. Travel time drops, and so does the time spent searching for the next case. 3 ### Restock from behind Replenishment loads the high end of the lane from a separate aisle, so restocking never blocks or slows the pick line, and rotation stays first in, first out automatically. 4 ### One lane per SKU Lane dividers set the width for each case size, giving every SKU its own face - a width that can be resized as your product mix shifts. ## What a Carton Flow Rack Project Includes A carton flow rack quote for West Palm Beach starts from measurements, not assumptions — clear height, column spacing, dock access, pallet weights, and which SKUs turn daily versus monthly. From there our design team produces a CAD carton flow rack layout showing positions, elevations, and aisle widths for your West Palm Beach floor plan, plus an itemized quote so you see cost per pallet position. Where it helps, we price a second configuration on the same plan, with gravity wheel beds feeding cases to a fixed pick face, so the tradeoff between density and access is a number instead of an opinion. Load ratings for each carton flow rack level are documented in the West Palm Beach drawing, not guessed in the field. New carton flow rack delivery timing is confirmed on the quote, and we stage deliveries to match your Northpoint Industrial dock. Experienced installation crews we schedule and manage set the system anchored to the floor to the West Palm Beach drawing, verify it loaded, and tag capacities. Work is sequenced zone by zone so West Palm Beach receiving and shipping never stop, and we stay reachable for carton flow rack parts, added lanes, and future additions.
