How many pallet positions fit in my warehouse?

The count depends on clear height, aisle width and your forklift. Our free CAD layout gives the exact pallet position count before you buy; cantilever load positions and carton flow pick faces are counted separately where those systems are included.

How much weight can pallet rack hold?

There is no single capacity. Beam capacity is per pair, per level; frame capacity depends on height and beam spacing. We size beams and frames from your heaviest pallet and show capacities on load plaques. For flow or pushback systems, lane components must also match that load.

Can I add pallet rack to my existing racking?

Usually, if the connection and load configuration match. Teardrop connections are not universal across manufacturers: send photos of the upright face, beam connector and any label so we can match new components. Carts, flow beds and cantilever arms also need a compatible supporting structure.

How long does it take to get and install pallet rack?

Standard teardrop sizes often quick-ship; high-density and non-standard sizes take longer. Lead time is confirmed on the quote, and installation time depends on bay count and site readiness. For a relocation, teardown and transport are scheduled with reinstallation rather than assumed to fit a fixed window.

Do you install pallet rack?

Yes. We handle design, supply and installation by experienced installation crews we schedule and manage. Frames are anchored to the floor, aligned to the approved layout and labeled with load capacities. We also schedule and manage rack teardown and reinstallation when you move buildings.

Our Warehouse Racking Products

Six systems cover almost every storage problem we see in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. Most buildings end up using two of them together.

Pallet Rack

Also called selective pallet rack

Every pallet reachable, every time. The baseline we size everything else against.

Pushback Rack

Also called push back pallet rack system

Two to six pallets deep from one aisle, without giving up much reach.

Pallet Flow Rack

Also called flow through racking

Load one side, pick the other, and let gravity enforce first in, first out.

Drive-In Rack

Also called drive through pallet racking

No aisles. The forklift enters the structure, and the floor holds more pallets per square foot than any other system.

Cantilever Rack

Also called cantilever warehouse racking

Arms with nothing in front of them, built for lumber, pipe, and anything a pallet can't hold.

Carton Flow Rack

Also called carton flow shelving

Cases advance to the picker instead of the picker hunting for cases.

Choosing Between Rack Types

Four things decide the answer: how many SKUs you carry, how many pallets you hold of each one, how fast product turns, and how much height the building gives you.

Many SKUs with a pallet or two each point to selective pallet rack. Several pallets of the same item favor pushback. Date-driven rotation calls for pallet flow. Large volumes of a few items in a tight footprint suit drive-in. Long material needs cantilever, and case picking needs carton flow.
