Our Warehouse Relocation Process
Walk-through and inventory
We document every frame, beam, deck, and accessory in the current building, note damage, and record beam elevations so nothing gets guessed at the new site.
Layout for the new building
Our design team draws a CAD layout of the new space around its columns, clear height, and docks — then shows where existing rack fits and where new rack is needed.
Labeled teardown
Experienced installation crews we schedule and manage take the rack down bay by bay, tagging and bundling components by row so reinstallation follows the drawing instead of a pile of steel.
Transport coordination
We schedule trucks and staging around both buildings' dock hours, so rack arrives at the new site in the order it goes up.
Reinstallation and add-ons
Rack is anchored to the floor, plumbed, leveled, and capacity-tagged in the new building, with new frames, beams, or decking added wherever the layout calls for them.
Layout and load ratings
We provide the approved layout and load ratings for the reinstalled configuration, so your team has documented capacities for every row.
