Drive-In Pallet Rack Systems in Deerfield Beach, FL

If your Deerfield Beach operation is dealing with humid, coastal air that shortens the life of bare steel and wire decking, that is a storage design problem, not a leasing problem. Drive-In Rack is built for exactly that situation — it turns the unused clear height in a Quiet Waters industrial building into working pallet positions instead of aisle.

We take the pallet weights, lift truck, and usable height from your Newport Center site, weigh it against lane dimensions drawn around your specific lift truck, and come back with a drawing, a position count, and a priced bill of material. Call (954) 440-7435.

Why Deerfield Beach Warehouses Work With Us

Deerfield Beach operators mixing technology and electronics with healthcare products usually need one part of the floor dense and another part fully selective. That split is exactly where drive-in rack tends to earn its keep near Newport Center. Our team works around the Hillsboro Boulevard / I-95 industrial spine in north Broward constantly, so Deerfield Beach delivery runs and follow-up visits stay short.

As part of Warehouse Equipment & Supplies Co., we have designed storage for technology and electronics and light assembly operators around Hillsboro Boulevard since 1997 — enough history that bulk SKUs held deep while the pick face stays selective rarely surprises us mid-project.

Being close to Deerfield Beach matters on the small things too: short delivery runs, a quick answer on a drive-in rack revision, and a documented layout for planning added bays.

    How Drive-In Rack Works

No aisles. The forklift enters the structure, and the floor holds more pallets per square foot than any other system.

    1

    Continuous rails, not beams

Pallets rest on rails carried by upright frames rather than individual beam levels, so a lane accepts pallet after pallet at the same elevation.

    2

    The truck enters the lane

The driver travels inside the bay to place or retrieve each load. Lane width, rail height, and mast clearance get dimensioned to that specific truck, not a generic one.

    3

    One open end or two

One open end gives LIFO and the highest density available. Two open ends give FIFO with slightly fewer positions, since each lane now needs clearance from both sides.

    4

    Guarding built into the design

Guide rails, column guards, and rail-end protection are part of the spec from the start, because drivers work inside the structure and clear entry paths matter.

What a Drive-In Rack Project Includes

A drive-in rack quote for Deerfield Beach starts from measurements, not assumptions — clear height, column spacing, dock access, pallet weights, and which SKUs turn daily versus monthly.

The deliverable is a drive-in rack drawing and a priced bill of material: positions, elevations, aisle widths, and capacities for your Hillsboro Boulevard building. Since the design turns on bulk SKUs held deep while the pick face stays selective, we normally include a denser alternative on the same plan so the technology and electronics tradeoff is explicit.

Drive-In Rack delivery windows are built around your Hillsboro Boulevard dock so trailers do not sit and wait. Experienced installation crews we schedule and manage work off the Deerfield Beach drive-in rack drawing you approved, tag capacities on completion, and phase the job by zone or shift. Parts, added drive-in rack positions, and later reconfigurations go through the same Deerfield Beach contact.

High volume of a small number of SKUs
Seasonal or buffer inventory held in bulk
Cold storage and freezer rooms where cube matters most
Product too fragile to floor-stack more than two high
Buildings where floor space, not height, is the binding constraint
