    Drive-In Rack in Miramar, FL

Humid, coastal air that shortens the life of bare steel and wire decking is the most common reason Miramar warehouses call us. Drive-In Rack addresses that directly, reclaiming the positions a typical consumer brands layout in this market never uses.

We take the pallet weights, lift truck, and usable height from your Pembroke Road site, weigh it against bulk SKUs held deep while the pick face stays selective, and come back with a drawing, a position count, and a priced bill of material. Call (954) 440-7435.

Why Miramar Warehouses Work With Us

Warehouses in and around Miramar Centre tend to be constrained by something specific: limited clear height, tight columns, or a dock that will not take a full truck at once. Those details decide a Miramar design, not a standard drawing. Our team works around the Miramar Park of Commerce — South Florida's largest single-owner business park constantly, so Miramar delivery runs and follow-up visits stay short.

For tech and telecom work near Pembroke Road, the deciding factor is normally the highest density available for a small number of SKUs. We put that in front of you during the free drive-in rack design consult, with Miramar position counts for both directions.

You also get one point of contact for the whole Miramar drive-in rack project. The same person who draws the layout quotes the steel, schedules delivery around your Miramar Park of Commerce dock, and helps plan additions as your inventory grows.

    How Drive-In Rack Works

No aisles. The forklift enters the structure, and the floor holds more pallets per square foot than any other system.

    1

    Continuous rails, not beams

Pallets rest on rails carried by upright frames rather than individual beam levels, so a lane accepts pallet after pallet at the same elevation.

    2

    The truck enters the lane

The driver travels inside the bay to place or retrieve each load. Lane width, rail height, and mast clearance get dimensioned to that specific truck, not a generic one.

    3

    One open end or two

One open end gives LIFO and the highest density available. Two open ends give FIFO with slightly fewer positions, since each lane now needs clearance from both sides.

    4

    Guarding built into the design

Guide rails, column guards, and rail-end protection are part of the spec from the start, because drivers work inside the structure and clear entry paths matter.

What a Drive-In Rack Project Includes

Every Miramar drive-in rack project begins with the numbers: what you store, how heavy it is, what lifts it, and how tall the usable space is. That Miramar conversation happens over the phone and usually takes about fifteen minutes.

Our design team turns that into a CAD layout with drive-in rack position counts, load capacity per level, and an itemized quote for the Miramar site. Because this system trades on the highest density available for a small number of SKUs, we usually model an alternative configuration on the same footprint, so you weigh positions against picking speed with real numbers rather than a sales pitch.

Drive-In Rack freight is staged to fit Pembroke Road access, and experienced installation crews we schedule and manage build the system exactly as drawn, then verify plumb, anchor torque, and capacity tags. Phasing keeps your Miramar floor operating during the install, and we schedule and manage installation for later additions or a relocation.

High volume of a small number of SKUs
Seasonal or buffer inventory held in bulk
Cold storage and freezer rooms where cube matters most
Product too fragile to floor-stack more than two high
Buildings where floor space, not height, is the binding constraint
